Accounts & Admin. Officer

  • Handling all payments and utilization of funds releases without lapse of funds.
  • Overall in charge of maintenance of accounting system/software and supervised posting of transactions in accounting system.
  • Timely preparation & submission of annual budget request for releases of funds
  • Coordination with Auditors for Annual Audit
  • Preparation and consolidation of Audit para’s replies, if needed.
  • Ensured timely preparation of annual accounts for submission to auditors
  • Timely and accurate preparation of payroll and payments to all employees.
  • Calculation, deduction, deposit and preparation of employees tax statements.
  • Liaison and timely reporting to NBP and the client for release of Funds & Accounts Reconciliations.
  • Preparation / consolidation of expenditure reports
  • Supervision of project staff regarding Accounts related activities.
  • Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
  • Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.
  • Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
  • Creating administration related reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed
  • Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
  • Coordinating to ensure the safety and security of office premises
  • Coordination for the organization of meetings/events/workshops/tenders
  • Maintaining staff related records and attendance
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
